Here at the Rough & Ready Vineyards, we’re optimistic that the summer and fall of 2021 will be the seasons for weddings this year. We understand that many of you have been holding off on scheduling your wedding date. But now that we can see the light at the end of this COVID tunnel, the fun of planning and designing your wedding can begin!

If you are hoping for a beautiful outdoor wedding with picturesque views, then the Rough & Ready Vineyards is the venue you are looking for. Our majestic heritage oak trees shade the reception grounds at our charming outdoor venue. As a backdrop, you’ll love our picture-worthy vineyard.

The barn-style guesthouse not only adds to the romantic, rustic feel of the property but is very convenient for you and your family or wedding party to stay in before and after your wedding. The grounds are well-groomed and extensive enough to have your wedding ceremony in one area, such as the lovely gazebo or quaint bridge, and your wedding reception in another area. With a dance floor and tent available, your guests will enjoy the joyful ambiance of the vineyard.

Our experienced event manager and staff will provide you with many ideas for both setup and décor. From shabby chic to rustic country, we can create the wedding of your dreams. We have many wedding venue packages priced for 100 guests, and we can accommodate more. Our preferred vendors are top-notch, and we can recommend several options in all categories, such as caterers, photographers, hair and makeup, DJs, etc.

Not only is the Rough & Ready Vineyards beautiful, but the surrounding area creates a destination your guests will enjoy. The quaint mining towns of Nevada City and Grass Valley are visited by tourists year-round. From wine tasting to outdoor activities and fine dining to shopping in unique local shops, your guests will be delighted with the area’s activities and history. Lake Tahoe is nearby, as well as many lakes and hiking trails for those who enjoy the outdoors to explore.

Set up your complimentary tour today by sending us a text message or giving us a call at 530-432-7375. Dates will be filling up fast, so now is the time to pick your date and book your wedding at the Rough & Ready Vineyards.
