We offer a beautifully maintained venue for your outdoor ceremony and reception. Our packages offer convenient options to suit nearly any wedding theme or style. The information below will help you know what to expect, and how to make the most of your experience, when you host your wedding at the Rough & Ready Vineyards. Cheers!

The Rough & Ready Vineyard’s outdoor grounds feature:

  • Lawn under the oaks, overlooking the vineyard
  • Italian marble gazebo
  • Picturesque venue with rustic, romantic views
  • A four-bedroom guesthouse that sleeps 16 people (Additional costs apply)
  • Our packages are priced for 100 people, however more guests and options may be added

Our Wedding Vineyard Packages

PEARL

$4,700 for 100 guests
($15 per person after 100)

The Pearl Package includes:

  • Guest Tables: round or banquet
  • Accent Tables: farm table, shabby chic table, cake table, guest book table, and buffet table
  • Chairs, for ceremony and reception
  • On-site Venue Host
  • Bartender
  • Barrel Bar

 

*Note: Event packages do not include tents, fresh flowers, food, or photographer. You may add details to your package, a-la-carte, from the list shown, or from additional options available. Ask your coordinator for a full list of event rentals and fees!
 
 
 

Gold

$7,700 for 100 guests
($20 per person after 100)

Our Most Popular Gold Package includes everything from the Pearl Package, PLUS:

  • Day-of event coordinator
  • Two 2-hour planning consultations with your day-of coordinator

 
AND choose 3 additional options from the list below:

  • Ceremony Officiant
  • Linens: Table cloths, napkins, table runner
  • Servingware: Dishes, flatware, glassware
  • Decór: Centerpiece, signs, and more
  • Dance Floor (16’x16’)
  • Selfie Photo Booth
  • Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service

Diamond

$9,700 for 100 guests
($25 per person after 100)

The Diamond Package includes everything from the Pearl Package, PLUS:

  • Day-of event coordinator
  • Two 2-hour planning consultations with your day-of coordinator
  • DJ, with custom play-list for 5 hours

AND choose 5 additional options from the list below:

  • Ceremony Officiant
  • Linens: Table cloths, napkins, table runner
  • Servingware: Dishes, flatware, glassware
  • Decór: Centerpiece, signs, and more
  • Dance Floor (16’x16’)
  • Selfie Photo Booth
  • Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service

All Packages Include Venue Access & Event Coordination:

  • Wedding day access for 9 hours, to include set-up and clean-up
  • One hour rehearsal time prior to your wedding day
  • Access to property for engagement and pre-wedding photo session
  • Ceremony grounds, including Italian Marble Gazebo
  • Reception grounds with rustic arch, wrought iron bridge, and market lights
  • Free Wi-Fi access for bridal party and guests
  • On-site parking, including ADA parking
  • Golf cart transportation for elderly or guests needing special assistance, available from parking areas to ceremony site
  • Set-up and clean-up of ceremony and reception, as agreed

 

The following options are available as part of our event packages, or may be added to any package, a-la-carte.

 

Food and Beverages:

  • Early access for caterers
  • Non-alcoholic drinks
    Wine and beer, or one signature drink allowed, as previously approved and solely provided by client.

Event Personnel:

  • Ceremony Officiant
  • Professional Bartender and Beverage Set-up

Tables, Seating, and Place Settings:

  • Tables
    • Guest tables (round or rectangle tables available)
    • Farm table for bridal party or sweetheart table
    • Cake table, with your choice of cake or cupcake stands
    • Barrel bar
    • Gift and guestbook tables
  • Chairs: White chairs for ceremony, padded mahogany chiavari chairs for reception
  • Children’s table and high chairs available, if desired
  • Table Linens: Tablecloths, table runner, and linen napkins (Assorted colors)
  • Place settings: Dinner and dessert plates, Flatware, Glassware (wine, champagne, or mason jars available)

Décor:

  • Dance Floor under bistro lights and oak trees
  • Coordinating centerpieces and décor to match your theme, including:
    • Table numbers, LED candles, and place setting chargers
    • Custom chalk signs, personalized to your specifications
    • Decorative ice containers for non-alcoholic beverages in cans and bottles
    • Accent furniture
    • Rustic decor, such as a wheelbarrow, Victorian couch, dessert bar, and more
