Our Micro-Wedding Experience is designed for couples who want an intimate outdoor ceremony or elopement without the complexity of a full-day wedding. This flexible, two-hour package includes a picturesque ceremony and a celebratory toast, with setup completed before you arrive.

FAQ — About the Micro-Wedding Experience

How many guests can we have?

Up to 36 guests people total, including the couple getting married. This includes children.

Is this event indoors or outdoors?

This is an outdoor-only experience. Minor adjustments may be possible in light rain, but no indoor backup space is included.

What does the 2-hour timeframe include?

The 2 hours cover your ceremony + toast time.
All setup is completed before you arrive.

Can we arrive early or stay late?

Early access is not available. Additional time may be added as an optional upgrade, depending on the calendar.

What do you provide?

Chairs, cocktail tables, sparkling wine or cider toast, real glass flutes, basic décor, on-site host, speaker + mic, dessert plates, forks, and napkins.

What do we bring?

Your officiant, photographer, cake/dessert (optional), and any personal items or décor you’d like to add.

Can we bring food or catering?

This package includes ceremony + toast only.
You may bring a small cake or dessert. Full meals or catering are not permitted for this experience.

Do you provide a cake?

No. You bring your own cake or dessert. We supply disposable dessert plates, forks, and napkins.

Can we bring our own décor?

Yes, as long as it can be set up within your 2-hour timeframe and does not harm the grounds.
(Open flames, glitter, confetti, and nails/stakes are not allowed.)

Can we bring alcohol other than the provided toast?

Outside alcohol is not permitted. The toast wine/cider is included.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, leashed dogs are welcome.

What about music?

A microphone + speaker is included. You may play your own playlist through the provided speaker.
Music must be kept at a moderate volume due to county sound guidelines. Your host will assist with volume levels.

Are children allowed?

Yes. They count toward the 36-guest total.
Children must be supervised at all times.

What if it rains?

We can adjust some layout elements for light rain.
For heavy rain, you may reschedule to another open date.

Is this a full reception?

No. This is a micro-ceremony + toast only. Full meals, dancing, and extended receptions are not part of the experience.

What about restrooms and parking?

On-site restrooms and ample guest parking are included.

Do you allow vendors (florist, musician, videographer)?

Yes, as long as they operate within the 2-hour window.

Do you offer weddings on weekends?
