Mobile Coffee Café
Their vintage-inspired mobile coffee café set-up is a replica of a 1947 French van. Playfully named Josephine, the van is a beautiful light blue and white. Josephine will easily fit in with your wedding color palette, whether you’re going for a soft or a bold look.
Retro Joe Coffee Co. also offers café seating with a fun black-and-white tile floor, so you feel like you are sitting in a cute French café sipping your latte. It’s the perfect set-up for memorable pictures as well!

In an interview with Fox40-Sacramento last summer, when asked about their business name, Jennifer indicated the name on the back of the trailer. She explained, “She’s Josephine, so it’s playing on the name Joe, so Retro Joe, and the trailer’s name is Josephine.”
Jennifer continues, “We have espresso drinks, obviously, and then we carry a plant-based energy drink called Lotus Energy. It’s amazing, it’s delicious. It’s PE-7, it does a lot of things like stress relief, it helps you with weight loss management. It’s a really good, healthy alternative to some other energy drinks. And then, we also do soft serve out of the truck. We can make an affogato in the summertime.” Affogato is coffee, dessert, and your after-dinner drink all rolled into one. Think of it as something you have when you’re too full to eat dessert. Affogato looks and tastes fancy (you’ll find it in restaurants and cafes in Italy!)
Retro Joe Coffee Co. proudly serves Thanksgiving Coffee. It is based in Fort Bragg, California, and has been around for 30 years. Retro Joe Coffee Co. is a B-corporation, so it contributes back to the communities that grow the coffee with fresh water and housing.
One of Levi and Jennifer’s favorite drink profiles is classic black iced tea or classic lemonade; both are great refreshers with your reception dinner. Regarding drinks pairing with food, a classic latte or a strong drip coffee pairs perfectly with your wedding cake or dessert options.
Levi and Jennifer always love mixing in some fun options, such as a salted caramel cold brew or a raspberry white mocha. Finishing the night by adding a fun energy drink or espresso to the festivities on the dance floor keeps everyone going until the party is over!
Behind the Scenes
We asked Levi and Jennifer what they would tell engaged couples everywhere if they could tell them just one thing, and they responded, “Marriage has seasons, some good, some more difficult, but if you love one another, you will make it through the difficult times and be better on the other side. Make sure to laugh with each other!”
Levi and Jennifer like to spend time with their two grandchildren when they’re not busy with an event (which is rare!) Both children love to swim, so Levi and Jennifer spend time by the pool relaxing with them. Levi and Jennifer also love to take short weekend trips to Fort Bragg, Lake Tahoe, and Monterey. They have a new puppy, Gidget, and they always bring her along for the adventure.
When asked to describe themselves as an event professional in 5 words or less, Levi and Jennifer responded, “Professional, flexible, excited, passionate, and FUN!”
An Elevated Wedding Weekend
A wedding weekend with Retro Joe Coffee Co. allows you to provide your guests specialty iced teas, lemonades, sodas, and espresso at your reception for the meal, cake, and a “pick me up” while dancing the night away.
